[mythtv-users] Automatically create .mpg files from records

Hi.

I want to record some programs from mythweb or mythfrontend.
I want to have all my records automatically saved in a specified
directory on the backend, all converted in .mpg encoded files (for
example with divx or xvid to reduce the size of the files).

Is it possible? Could you help me to find the receipt, please?
