Raphael,

In my case, I don't have to turn it off at all, the commercials just never
skip, at all.  And if I try to manually skip it, I end up moving ahead like
40 minutes within the show.  In that case, I just use "skip ahead" a few
times, which moves you forward 30 seconds, and then I skip back if I feel
I've missed something worth seeing when I see the show is back on.
