That's because the backend after having created the file for the
recording, later told you it had deleted the file in all the logs that
you provided. It just didn't give you a specific reason for the file
being deleted, other than it never got past the "pending" stage.

Greping for "Deleting stale pending recording" will highlight this for
you. Feel free to enhance this behaviour :-)
