"All" channels? Even higher-tier and premium ones?

If I could get that I'd get a cable STB in a second, but I suspect all  
I'd get is the locals and maybe 1 or 2 others.

I have not seen a sat receiver with F/W output, except the (probably  
illegally) modified ones advertised on the internet.
