Just issue the mythfrontend command at the command prompt and, unlike SSH,
that will bring up mythfrontend in your VNC session. Depending on which
windows manager is being used (probably twm by default I would guess) you
can also add a command to bring up mythfrontend in the window manager's
menu. If it's twm have a look at .twmrc.
