Clear your browser cache.  I had the same issue.

When I first used my 0.21 mythweb, even  in Firefox under Linux,
changing the "jump to" time also didn't refresh properly until I
cleared my cache...Firefox is probably using cached 0.20.2 copies of
some javascript.
