Sounds like it (no pun intended).

MultiChannel Television sound has a stereo main audio, a SAP and a Pro  
channel. Virtually no consumer devices receive the Pro channel, so  
analog TV can have only one secondary audio channel.

The OP is describing QAM channels, not receivable with a PVR-150.
