Saving power is important here as it's the incremental levels that
kill our bills and those first kilowatts saved result in a lot of
money saved.

Silicon Valley - PG&E

Baseline = 189KW @ 11.556 cents = $21.84
101-131% = 56.7KW at 13.139 cents = $7.44
131-200% = 132.3KW at 22.708 cents = $30.04
201-300% = 189KW at 31.555 cents = $59.64

That top level can be more than the rest of the electricity combined.
