[mythtv-users] Commercial Flagging running (well in job queue) even when disabled?

I have the same problem with one backend machine, and not another on
mythtv 0.21
On the machine that I have the problem with I have commercial flagging
turned off on the front end completley
but after waking up to do a recording it then blocks mythwelcome from
shutting down, as it says that a job in in the queue.
I've had to turn commercial flagging on and let the job run, so that
myth will shut down.
I'm still investigating...
