Are you using an antenna? Not a scan of cable for QAM channels? The 8VSB suggests that, so I'll assume it's so.

Antennas are fickle things. Try repositioning and try again. Move your PC, even.

Portland is supposed to have over a dozen over-the-air digital channels, but my HDTV only found two!
