well, thanks for that info, I forwarded it to a buddy of mine who just
bought a 450k house just outside ft bragg in a  gated/guarded community.
~ He pays yearly dues in a HOA, and when he moved in it clearly stated in
the agreeement that there will be no satellite dishes... period....this
will make good reading material for him.
