[mythtv-users] menu texts have gone!

If you've turned on OpenGL display for the menus, they can go away if
something breaks OpenGL.  For me, that means that if I run mythfrontend
or mythtv-setup in a VNC window, the menu text is missing.  I can still
navigate by memory; it's just the display.
