[mythtv-users] mceusb2 remote and receiver slow to respond?

I have a mceusb2 remote with receiver that is slow to respond to
input. I have to press every key twice for MythTV to register the
keypress. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I'm using the lirc
0.8.3-cvs source from 4/4/08.
