[mythtv-users] DVD playback not working after upgrade to 0.21

I hit this same problem. After installing 0.21-fixes, DVD playing works
again, but DVD autoplay is still broken. Also, after exiting back to the
menu after watching a DVD, I cannot eject the DVD by pressing the eject
button on the DVD drive. I have to select the "eject media" menu option in
mythfrontend to get it to eject. I'm using 0.21-fixes revision 16899. I'll
try to post some logs tonight.
