No. Your PVR-500 is a real dual-tuner. Feed it TWO SEPARATE VIDEO 
SOURCES and it will record them both. You have no way to feed it TWO 
SEPARATE VIDEO SOURCES.

You can use your ATSC tuner for over the air recording. Plug in an 
antenna. :)
