 It's easy enough to reinstall a theme.  All you need to do is track down
the files and stick them in the correct folder.  A reasonably simple google
search should lead you to a tutorial.  I had to do the same to install
project grayhem after my upgrade (on one of my systems...but not on another,
I can't explain that).
