[mythtv-users] "get the sources and fix it yourself"

I really don't understand "svn 14429 (for trunk) and 14430 (for 
20-fixes)".  Can some one tell me if this fix has been applied to 
version 0.20.2-165 (current Atrpms version)?  Thanks.
