[mythtv-users] Please help with avertv 777 remote control issue.

Hi!

I've got a seriuos problem getting the remote control to work on my
mythtv box with gentoo and a Avermedia avertv 777 dvb-t card- remote.

I got output in irw command, for an example:


193 0 KEY_CHANNELDOWN event3

but in /etc/lircd.conf i have:

chdown                   0xC03F40BF


What to put in /home/mythtv/.lircrc?

begin
    prog   = irxevent
    button = KEY_HANNELDOWN    (or 'chdown' or 'CHANNELDOWN' ???)
    config = Down
    repeat = 3
end

I can't get any output with 'irexec' in a xterm window or get mythtv
native lircd support to work, (mythtv compiled with -lirc) . What am i
doing wrong?

Howto troubleshoot further?
