[mythtv-users] Popping noise when starting recording.

hi,

I have my Onkyo receiver  connected to my myth box with SPDIF optical
cable.  When I start a recording some times i get a Popping sound out of my
speakers.  Once the recording is started the sound is fine but that pop is
really annoying.  Any one know how to get rid of it?  I am using my onboard
sound card.
