People using y'all in the singular is one of the fastest ways to pick
up a Yankee in rebel's clothing.  Y'all is always a group of people.
All y'all is multiple groups of people.

As in, some of y'all might think Southerner's are ignorant, but all
y'all can go suck eggs.
