ffmpeg -v quiet -y -i /myth/1708_20070920175900.mpg -ab 193 -acodec mp3 -ar
44100 /myth/content/Music/Doctor_Who.mp3

Error while opening codec for output stream #0.0 - maybe incorrect parameters
such as bit_rate, rate, width or height
I've clearly missed something - any help please?
