Yup.  Alas, we're discussing the usage of a *word*, with a) a common
definition, and b) a whole *lot* of connotation, none of which is
appropriate to the events you're describing with that word.

Isaac: would you prefer that people not discuss on-list topics
concerning the acquisition of program listings data from sources whose
assent to that acquisition is questionable?
