[mythtv-users] Why does my capture card keep disappearing?

Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately, restarting mythbackend doesn't seem to catch the other
card.  I don't know why the number keep increasing, but they do.  It
kind of confuses the wife - she thinks we now have 15 capture cards!
