I am having trouble getting Mythdora and the nvidia drivers to work with my
FX5200 card. The system works with the generic "nv" drivers, but after
installing any version of the nvidia proprietary drivers the system hangs at
a blank screen during the boot process (right after Starting udev, or about
where the graphic boot process should start.)
I've updated Mythdora with the latest atrpms and am running kernel version
2.6.22.9-61.fc6. I've tried the nvidia drivers pulled from atrpms (9742)
and building drivers from the nvidia site (100.14.19-92.fc6) Both sets of
drivers give me the same blank screen. (I have even tried removing all the
nvidia drivers and testing them one at a time to rule out a version conflict
but no luck.)
The system was previously working perfectly under FC3 (myth .19) so I don't
believe it's a hardware issue. But beyond that I'm completely stumped.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. At this point, I'm not even
sure what log files I should be looking in for errors.

PS - Thank you to all the mythtv developers for making such a wonderful
system to begin with. The past few days without myth has reminded us how
painful it is to watch regular TV.
