Looks like you SkystarHD is a rebranded Technotrend TT-S2-3200 (which is a
good thing).

Looks like an experimental driver is available :

On your CPU/GPU needs - find out what codec is being used (H.264 etc) to
determine what's needed.  I'd say certainly more beefy than what you have
now.
