I like Antec Fusion (Black) more, because it has enough space to make
any frontend to be also a slave backend.

Motherboard ... there are a lot of micro atx boards for this case,
which have DVI with on onboard nVidia, surround sound and s/pdif. That
are most important criteria for a frontend IMHO. If you use s-video,
there are not many boards which also have already mentioned criteria.
I have  Asus M2NPV-VM, but it has a smaller sound problems.
