[mythtv-users] Can't delete channels without a channel number from the editor

I have about half a dozen channels with no associated channel number
(I believe because of the changes that have occurred over the last few
months on UK DVB-T).  I have tried deleting these from the channel
editor in mythtv-setup, but they reappear when I exit and re-start the
tool.  Is there any other way of permanently removing these from the
DB?
