[mythtv-users] Catch 22 with mythtv-setup and mythfilldatabase

I don't have anything named mythdatabase on my system.
mythfilldatabase is not running.

Also, mythfilldatabase doesn't seem to crash or do anything bad when I
run it, it just doesn't import anything since I configured it to only
use the broadcasted guide data, which is not present.
