O.20-fixes is more up-to-date than any 0.20 release (including 0.20,
0.20.1, and 0.20.2). This is /always/ true with the exception of
immediately after a release--i.e. 0.20.2 was a "snapshot" of 0.20-fixes
at the time of the release; as soon as the first "fix" was committed to
0.20-fixes after the 0.20.2 release, 0.20-fixes was, again, more
up-to-date than 0.20.2.
