Could be the file is corrupt. Does it play OK in Myth?

If you have MythArchive installed it would be interesting to run
mytharchivehelper --getfileinfo on the file to see what it makes of the
file and what streams it thinks it has. It my just bailout like
mythtranscode since it uses the same libavformat.
