Not quite, but yes. I have no STB. I have cable plugged directly into
my QAM tuner equipped TV. So right now, the wife can just click
up/down channel and see analog and digital channels without doing
anything else. The TV handles switching between tuners on the fly,
because it realizes that when you press up channel, you want to see
the next channel, regardless of what tuner it comes from. Surely Myth
is smarter than some off the shelf TV set. :)

What I'd like to remedy are the situations when she says "How come I
cant pause/rewind this? This is stupid". If the feature now exists,
awesome, otherwise I'll play with the EPG selection settings like you
suggest and see how she likes that.
