I find it useful to use the uk_grab_icons script in mythtv/contrib
dir. You set the icon web links and channel names to the lookup.txt
once. You can then run that script again anytime to reload and store
the icons from web. It fixes the local paths as well for the database.

You get lot's of icon locations for lyngsat-logo from that lookup.txt
and even some more from this similar one in trac:
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/3969. They speed you up in searching
for the icons.

Those scripts do the manual work for you if you choose the John's way.
