[mythtv-users] How to initialize dvdinput and dvdtranscode tables for MythDVD?

Hi, 

I'm trying to import a DVD with MythDVD, and mtd complains that the dvdinput 
table needs to be created (after the vob is copied to the local hd, mtd 
stops and cleans everything up). 

I've checked the wiki as well as the mythdvd plugin READMEs, but I can't 
seem to find instructions on how to initialize this table. 

BTW, I'm using the latest svn for mythtv and mythtv-plugins.
