It sounds like you are using the PVR-350's TV OUT. From what I
understand, you have a few mutually exclusive options:

1) Use Xv instead of the PVR-350's decoder
2) Upgrade to SVN Mythtv (means compiling yourself)
3) Downgrade to a pre 2.6.22 kernel
