Hi.
I am completely fed up with Sky and its ever increasing cost, and do not wish to spend additional money on Sky+. Therefore I am in the process of speccing a MythTV server using Gentoo as the O/S.
What I would like to ask is whether it is possible to decode the freeview channels that come through the Sky dish? Unfortunately I am not in a area where I can get terrestial digital freeview :( so have to rely on satellite.
If this is possible, what sort of kit would I need ? I already have one Haupaugge PCR250, so I presume I would require another so that I can watch and record at the same time.
Any help would be greatfully accepted and appreciated.
Regards,
