Yep, DVB-T PAL for me. (Australia)

Not de-interlacing seems to help, but there are still minor  
glitches.  Watching interlaced video on my monitor is watchable, you  
can't notice too much when you're sitting on the couch, but on  
occasion with fast moving pans, you can notice the interlacing and  
it's distracting.

It seems as the de-interlacing "enhances" the problems, making them  
more prominent, but they're still seem to be there when not de- 
interlacing.
