[mythtv-users] Confusion about mythfilldatabase running automatically

It's definitely mythbackend that runs it (I've seen the code :).  It
just happens to be a global configuration setting because
mythfilldatabase should /only/ be run by the master backend, so there is
no reason to put it in a host-specific mythtv-setup configuration
screen.  It was probably put in mythfrontend settings to make it easier
to access than it would be if in mythtv-setup.
