Phil, How did you define the 1080p mode in your Xorg.conf? Did you use the TV's EDID, or define a modeline manually? If you aren't already doing this, you may want to try using the built-in modes in the Nvidia driver pool: http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/index.php/Modeline_Database Alex
