Sometimes it appears that the only reason they exist these days is to
pander to media conglomerates.  It's almost unbelievable that they're
trying to pull the same crap they tried in 2003, this time under Kevin
Martin rather than Michael Powell, and once again are attempting to
sneak it through really quickly before the public can speak out:
