[mythtv-users] Blank screen when "Use the PVR-350 Output" is checked.

I am getting a blank screen when I check the box "Use the PVR-350 Output".
I can hear audio, but no video.  When I uncheck the box everything works,
but the picture is choppy as the box can't handle the streaming of video
without the pvr-350 hardware.  Below is the output I get when I go to watch
tv when the box is checked.
