[mythtv-users] Theme updates

Just a quick note to let everybody know that I've been busy making
updates to my themes.

Changes are too numerous to list here but safe to say ProjectGrayhem
has gone back to being shiny, ProjectGrayhem-wide has had its
watermarks made over and neon-wide now has a mythgame button and is
slightly more shiny.
