I have seen similar error messages from mythtvsetup; in my case they 
were solved by reentering and adjusting settings.  Sorry I can't suggest 
exactly how.

But your rpm query won't pick up all the relevant modules.  Here's mine. 
Not all are needed, but libmyth certainly is.
