OK - I've done some fiddling and found that seting the clock speed to
74.40 instead of 74.25 works. This makes the refresh rate 20000 and
BOB is now reported to be working in mythfrontend.log.

For the record, it seems that the refresh rate has to be less than
_or_equal_to_ half the frame interval.

Thanks for your help on this - I would never have got BOB working otherwise.
