Myth 0.21-159_trunk_r13460

The start-up script for mythbackend has the --user mythtv option 
commented out. This results in mythbackend starting as root. I found 
this by trying to use an NFS mounted storage directory.

This is from the ATRpms bleeding packages (Myth 0.21-159_trunk_r13460).

Should this be addressed by MythTV folks or ATrpms?
