Check on the OpenChrome web site for the status of the drivers for the
CN700 graphics chip and the TV out chip used on these boards. I have a
feeling that the PAL 720x576NoScale mode isn't working yet.

I'm using a CN400 based board (SP13000) that works very well indeed as a
frontend.
