[mythtv-users] ATRPMS-Bleeding state?

I have no problem with this and am eager to help MythTV developers in 
any way that I can.

On that note, where is the best place to discuss problems with bleeding? 
  I sent a message to mythtv-dev but didn't receive a response (yet).
