[mythtv-users] Apple Remote on Mac frontend

I was surprised to find that holding down buttons on the Apple Remote
caused different actions than tapping them.   I searched around to
find if there were any other hidden capabilities that may not be
obvious.  But, I couldn't find it documented anywhere.

After several searches, I finally found it listed on the trac ticket
for the patch that added Apple Remote support:

here, to make it easier for others to find.

The remote buttons map to:

+/-	        Up/Down Arrows
<< / >>	 Left / Right Arrows
Play	        Enter
Menu	 Esc

hold << / hold >>	 Home / End
hold                       Play	 P
hold Menu	        M
