One of those people is Jarod Wilson, of justifiable Fedora MythTV 
install fame (who is now a collaborator on MythDora).

One thread is titled "Intel 945GM graphics ok?" and another good one 
is "Mac Mini Core Solo as FE/BE Combo?"

My reading is that running Fedora & MythTV on the Mac mini works 
well.  Note that the thread is about the Core Solo (not Duo) and that 
it's running Fedora (not OS X).
