I noticed that when I made the switch from 32-bit to 64-bit, I started running out of memory.  Luckily I had an extra stick of RAM I could toss in.  64-bit code seems to take up a bit more space than 32-bit code.

Also, you might run into problems if you use of W32 codecs in MythVideo.  One of my videos makes use of a W32 codec for which I have not yet found a 64-bit version.
