[mythtv-users] do i have a problem with my pinnacle PCTV 150e/55e PAL device ?

What about permissions on the /dev/video0 device?  Does the user you are 
running mythbackend as have enough permissions?  Does the /dev/video0 
device work for that user using other applications?  tvtime, etc.?
